Noema Project is a company that offers Engineering Services, specialized in 3D modelling and editing of drawings useful for the production of steel structures for civil and industrial buildings.
The company has been founded in 2011, by Claudio Serio, a professional in this field with decades of experince. Under his guide the team has developed skills and experiences, working with major companies for important international projects, developing a know-how and solutions that enable the company to meet the specific needs of partners.

The team is dynamic, solid and strongly result oriented.
Continuous investments are addressed to keep the IT systems always up to date, in order to be able to meet the market requirements and to satisfy the expectations of our client.

Noema Project is a flexible team of professionals ready to offer services for engineering companies and workshops.
The company owns more than 20 Tekla structures licenses and works in shared models with other international teams, too.

3D Modelling in Tekla Structures

With Tekla Structures, we can create accurate, information-rich 3D models that have all tha structural data our clients need to build and maintain any type of structure.

3D Modelling in Revit

In Revit we can model 3D concrete reinforcement in an advenced BIM enviroment and connect steel design and detailing workflows.

Editing

We are creating and editing single parts-, assembly- and general arrangement drawings from the first element of the models to the last.

Piping

We are modelling and editing different piping systems with different softwares to help our clients to visualize and build their structrures.

Senior REVIT Modeler

REVIT Modeler Minimum Requirements:
- Experience with Revit design in the BIM envitoment
knowledge of Design Authoring methods and processes;
- Knowledge of Revit software (Also MEP);
- Experience with CAD drawing software;
- A clear understanding of BIM Processes in a multi-disciplinary design environment;
- A Clear understanding of BIM National and International protocol and Standards (PAS, AIA, UNI etc…) and the ability to implement on projects in 3D multi-disciplinary models as per BIM Coordinator guideline;
- Experience in automation of processes and modelling tasks by macro and development of scripts (Dynamo/Grasshopper/Tekla) is a plus;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, word);
- Proficient in English (italian is a plus)

Main Responsibilities
As a key member of the Design Team, the BIM Specialist plays a crucial role for the creation of the discipline models acting in support of the BIM Coordinator and of the Senior Designer. A BIM Specialist will be responsible for the following:
- The digital creation of the 3D models and information modelling
- Developing information modelling following the Company’s BIM Standards and the Project BIM requirements given by the BIM Coordinator;
- Interpreting schematic drawings, layouts and other visual aids;
- Creating and organizing drawings from BIM models including development of plans, sections, and details;
- Working to resolve conflicts with other disciplines;
- Develop and maintaining excellent team relationships.

Job Type:
-Full time

Experience:
-AutoDesk REVIT Software: 1-3 years (Required)
-BIM Modeling / Coordination: 1 year (Preferred) 

Education:
-High school or equivalent (Required)

Senior TEKLA Modeler

TEKLA Modeler Qualifications:
-Minimum of 1 years TEKLA modeling experience
-Knowledge of relevant design codes and requirements
-Ability to read/interpret design drawings and specs
-Good communication skills, effective team member
-Reliable, precise, accurate, committed to your work 
-Experience in industrial steel construction is a plus

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
-Produce shop- and erection drawings & installation details
-Coordinate with the fabrication shop, project coordinator, and design team
-Generate complete submission packages for approval and for fabrication

Job Type:
